Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kottakkal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and provide effective support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high service standards.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).




- Positive communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support is preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and team spirit.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
