We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Goa | Real Estate Development

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly committed sales skilled with a strong drive to build relationships, close deals, and achieve exceptional earnings.

Our inventory spans transaction values from ₹1 crore to ₹50–100 crore, serving HNIs and investors. We offer the inventory, resources, and support; you bring the initiative, persistence, and ability to convert opportunities into closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to enquiries and actively engage prospective buyers.
- Build rapport, understand client requirements, and present suitable opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and site visits with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up consistently, handle objections, negotiate, and drive closures.
- Develop relationships with HNIs, investors, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and take ownership of sales targets.
