About the Role

Rich Global Edu is looking for energetic, confident and fluent Hindi-speaking Telecallers / Student Engagement Executives to communicate with prospective students, parents and professionals regarding our overseas education and career services.

The candidate will handle Hindi voice-process enquiries, explain our services, understand students' requirements and conduct regular follow-ups to generate counselling appointments and potential admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, primarily in Hindi.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to student enquiries.
- Communicate fluently and confidently in both Hindi.
- Explain overseas education opportunities, study destinations, courses and admission processes.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads generated through websites, digital campaigns, social media, events and referrals.
- Provide basic information about study-abroad services and counselling procedures.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for interested students.
- Maintain proper records of calls,



enquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until a clear outcome is reached.
- Coordinate with counsellors, marketing executives and management.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent spoken Hindi and Tamil is preferred.
- Good spoken English; Tamil communication is an added advantage.
- Clear pronunciation and confident Hindi telephone communication.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with previous experience in Hindi voice process, telecalling, customer support, education, admissions, study abroad, counselling or telesales will be preferred.
