Job Description – Telecaller

Organization: Rockwoods International School
Location: Warangal Branch, Telangana(Preferring local candidates)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and good-communication-skilled Telecallers for our Warangal Branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with prospective parents, and generating admission leads for the school.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to parents' queries.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Generate admission leads and convert enquiries into campus visits.
- Maintain and update enquiry databases and daily call records.
- Follow up with interested parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the admissions team regarding parent enquiries and campus visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission lead targets.
- Maintain professional communication with parents.




- Prepare daily calling reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and achieve targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or admissions counselling is an added advantage.
