Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility Centre is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the hospital's services, building relationships with potential patients, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other required documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

- Any degree / diploma preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
