Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various sources and identify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain apartment and villa projects.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Build good relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required:

- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in real estate sales.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
