Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate business leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and service requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the sales and service teams.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide necessary information.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confidence in handling customer calls.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
