proactive and detail-oriented Furniture Product Specialist to manage furniture product coordination, production activities, and customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating with production teams, handling customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Product & Production Coordination: Understand furniture products, materials, specifications, and coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are executed as per requirements.
- Customer Management: Communicate with customers, understand their requirements, provide product information, and coordinate order updates.
- Sales & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, generate enquiries, follow up with leads, and support sales conversion.
- Order Management: Track customer orders, production progress, delivery schedules,



and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain customer records, production updates, sales reports, and follow-up details.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in the furniture industry, preferably in production, sales, or product coordination.
- Basic understanding of furniture materials, designs, manufacturing processes, and product specifications.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and manage multiple customer requirements.
- Comfortable with cold calling, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
