Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead real estate sales, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and business development to achieve company targets and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Identify recent business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers.
- Manage property sales, site visits, client negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and lead management.




- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure effective customer service and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales, marketing, and property development.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in lead generation, customer handling, and closing property deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a real estate background, especially in residential plots, land development, property sales, and real estate project marketing, will be given preference.

Salary

As per experience and company norms, with attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
