Job Title: Academic Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide proper guidance about courses, training programmes, and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, and admission procedures to students.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Achieve monthly admission targets and support branch growth.
- Participate in promotional activities, educational events, and student counselling sessions.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle multiple enquiries.

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
