Role Description The Event Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Event Executive will coordinate the planning and execution of events, including managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics before, during, and after each event. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand requirements, preparing event proposals, organizing resources, and ensuring all elements such as venue, catering, décor, and technical setup are in place. The role involves supervising event setups, overseeing on-ground operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting post-event follow-up and reporting.



The Event Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards and deliver events that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Strong client-facing skills with the capacity to understand requirements, present ideas, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time pressure.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic event management or scheduling applications.
- Relevant experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
