Data Engineer – Industrial IoT / Manufacturing 4.0

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Skills:

Experience designing, deploying, and operating industrial data lakes

Strong experience building end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, quality, governance, and validation

Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining data bridges for sensor connectivity (IoT / IIoT)

Strong Data Engineering and data pipeline experience

Hands-on experience with Apache Camel K and PySpark

Experience with Data Lake / Lakehouse architecture

Robust SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, or other time-series databases

Experience with Kafka, Redpanda, and/or MQTT

Experience with data transformation, validation, quality, and governance

Experience with advanced AI / Analytics tools such as Qdrant, Neo4j, or Braincube





Ability to optimize data infrastructure in collaboration with DevOps and Application teams

Nice to Have:

Experience with Apache Iceberg, MinIO, or Trino

Experience with EMQX and MQTT-to-Kafka integration

Experience with data lineage and cataloguing tools such as OpenMetadata, Collibra, or equivalent

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps

Experience with Industrial IoT, machine/sensor data, MES, or manufacturing data

Preference:

Candidates with Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing 4.0 background preferred

Compliance Requirements:

UAN and BGV are mandatory

UAN Service History must be shared along with the candidate profile
