SALES MANAGER – INTERIOR DESIGN

About the Role

Liveindesigns is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage the complete sales cycle and drive residential interior project closures.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and convert leads from Meta, Google, Instagram, referrals and other sources.

● Handle client calls, meetings and site visits.

● Understand client requirements, budget and project scope.

● Manage quotations, negotiations and project closures.

● Maintain and manage the complete sales pipeline and follow-ups.

● Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

● Manage, guide and monitor the sales team.

● Coordinate with the design team for smooth client handover after closure.

● Track sales performance, conversion ratios and lost-lead reasons.

● Provide feedback on market trends, pricing and lead quality. Key Requirements

● Strong existing network and professional connections within the interior design, architecture, real estate, builders,



contractors or allied industries.

● Proven ability to generate business through personal industry contacts and references will be highly preferred.

● 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate or home improvement.

● Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

● Ability to independently manage and close high-value interior projects.

● Experience in managing or mentoring a sales team will be an advantage.

● Target-oriented with strong business development and relationship-building skills. Key Performance
