• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Developing models according to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
• Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and assist quantity surveyors and project teams by extracting quantities from the BIM model.
• Inputting and managing asset data, specifications, and parameters.
• Maintaining object libraries and family components.
• Updating project databases with accurate information.
