Role Description The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and planning for luxury residential and urban redevelopment projects in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing conceptual and detailed designs, coordinating drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulatory requirements. The role includes collaborating closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants, as well as internal project management teams, to deliver functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective solutions. The Architect will review construction documents,



conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and support liaison activities with authorities where needed. The position requires active participation in client meetings, presentation of design proposals, and continuous refinement of designs based on stakeholder feedback. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate project requirements into practical and innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring design deliverables through the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, BIM platforms, and design workflows is an advantage.
• Degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or M.
Arch) from an accredited institution; skilled registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
• Experience in residential and/or urban redevelopment projects, ideally within Mumbai or similar high-density urban environments.
• Knowledge of local building codes, approval processes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to real estate development.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong documentation skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with tenants, consultants, and authorities.
