Experience:
1–3 years preferred At DKS Infradesigns, we bring dream spaces to life through creative interior design and quality execution. We are looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven Client Relationship Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their interior requirements and turn enquiries into confirmed interior projects. Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, referrals and phone enquiries.
• Contact prospective clients and understand their space requirements, budget, design preferences and project timelines.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine interior design and execution opportunities.
• Present our interior design and turnkey execution services to potential clients.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits and design consultations.
• Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for quotations, proposals and project discussions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, handle objections and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
• Take ownership of assigned leads and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate lead details,



follow-up schedules and sales pipeline updates in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client onboarding experience after project confirmation. Qualifications & Skills
• Any degree preferred; Sales, Marketing or Business-related qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in interior sales, client relationship management, real estate sales, business development or related fields is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, presentation and lead-closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, customer-focused and self-motivated. Performance Expectations

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Timely lead follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
• Professional client handling and customer satisfaction.
