Job Description
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our ERP, software and consultancy services. You will help prospective clients understand our solutions and coordinate the pre-sales process from initial enquiry through proposal and follow-up. Requirements
• Understand prospect requirements and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
• Arrange and support ERP and software product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate enquiry and activity records in the company CRM.
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations and other pre-sales material. Essential Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination or customer handling.
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and MS Office tools. Optional/Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP, software or consultancy services.
• Confidence in client conversations, presentations and proposal preparation.
