Role Description The Yoga Therapist will provide holistic, client-centered yoga therapy sessions that complement the salon’s focus on well-being and self-care. This full-time role is on-site at the HAIR RAP BY YOYO salon in Ahmedabad, working closely with clients to assess their needs and design individualized yoga programs that may address stress, posture, mobility, and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading one-on-one and small-group sessions, guiding breathwork and relaxation techniques, and maintaining a calm, professional environment. The Yoga Therapist will collaborate with the salon team to integrate wellness offerings into the broader client experience, maintain accurate client records, and ensure all activities follow safety and ethical guidelines.



The role also involves staying updated on yoga therapy practices and contributing ideas to enhance the salon’s holistic service portfolio. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in yoga therapy, including knowledge of asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques tailored to individual physical and emotional needs.
• Ability to assess client conditions, set wellness goals, and design personalized session plans that support posture, mobility, stress reduction, and overall balance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach that emphasizes empathy, active listening, and clear guidance.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a creative salon environment, coordinating with hairstylists and other team members to deliver a cohesive wellness experience.
• Formal training or certification in yoga therapy or yoga instruction from a recognized institute; additional education in wellness, holistic health, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and follow health, safety, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Experience working in wellness centers, spas, salons, or similar client service environments is preferred.
