Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs, GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Azure AI services. Build scalable RAG architectures integrating enterprise data sources, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge repositories. Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows capable of reasoning, tool usage, workflow execution, human-in-the-loop control, and enterprise automation. Work with LLM platforms and AI development tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Codex, Azure OpenAI, and related SDKs/frameworks. Design and implement MCP server-based integrations for secure tool access, context exchange, and enterprise system connectivity. Lead end-to-end development of AI products including APIs, microservices, orchestration layers, backend services, and reusable AI components. Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, GitHub workflows, automated testing, release controls, and production deployment practices. Lead, train and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, define engineering standards and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. Collaborate with business teams,



architects, IT teams and vendors to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI, security, compliance, monitoring, observability, cost optimization and lifecycle management standards. Train business users to use AI development tool to develop Low to medium complexity requirement by themselves and establish the mechanism to govern the application build by business users. 2. Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of overall technology experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, cloud platforms, or AI solution delivery. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on developer experience in enterprise level production-grade application development. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI development experience, including LLM-based application development.
