Experience:
3–8 Years Industry: Venture Capital | Alternative Investments | Startups Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within venture capital, private equity, investment banking, financial services, executive search, or high-growth startups.
• Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities in talent acquisition, executive hiring, and HR operations are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in hiring senior executives, leadership professionals, and C-suite candidates will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including investment, finance, technology, legal, and corporate operations.
• Robust understanding of startup hiring dynamics, organizational structures, and talent management practices.




• Experience in developing HR policies, employee engagement frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple hiring mandates, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership. Preferred Candidate Profile We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware HR professional with a strong understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem. Candidates with experience in venture capital funds, private equity firms, investment banking organizations, executive search firms, or high-growth startups will be strongly preferred. Experience in hiring senior investment professionals, C-suite executives, and leadership teams for startups or financial services organizations will be a significant advantage.
