Role Description The Vice President for Australia Opportunities will lead the Australia-focused vertical at Esse India, overseeing strategy, operations, and client service for Australia immigration pathways. This full-time, on-site role is based in Australia and involves managing a team, setting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing market plans for Australia opportunities, reviewing complex client cases, guiding application strategies, and coordinating with legal or compliance partners where necessary. The role also requires building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders,



monitoring policy changes in Australian immigration, and translating these updates into service offerings and internal training. The Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance the client experience. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional or client-facing teams.
