Role Description This is a full-time Camunda 8 Specialist role for experienced professionals (10+ years) who are able to join immediately. The position is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home as needed. The specialist will design, implement, and optimize Camunda 8-based workflow and process automation solutions, including modeling BPMN and DMN, orchestrating microservices, and integrating with existing enterprise systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements, building scalable process models, developing and maintaining automation pipelines, troubleshooting production issues,



and improving performance and reliability. The role also involves mentoring team members, defining best practices and standards, contributing to solution architecture, and supporting clients in adopting and operating Camunda 8 in cloud-native environments. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Camunda 8, BPMN/DMN modeling, and end-to-end workflow orchestration, with a track record of large-scale implementations.
• Proficiency in contemporary application development (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, or similar languages/frameworks) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containers, and deploying distributed workflow engines in production.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, Kafka or similar technologies).
• Background in automation and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
• Ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements, translate business processes into technical designs, and present solutions clearly.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, establishing best practices, and contributing to architectural decisions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on work in workflow/BPM platforms; prior consulting
