Role Description The Purchase Executive role at EazyIoT is a full-time, on-site position based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchase Executive will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain accurate records of purchases in line with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project and operations teams to understand material requirements, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring cost-effective purchasing,



and supporting compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
*Procure electrical items including switchgear, wires, cables, connectors, terminals, MCBs, contactors, SMPS and other electrical components. *Procure mechanical items including sheet metal, hardware, fasteners, enclosures and fabricated parts. *Coordinate with vendors for MS panel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, machining and other outsourced jobs. *Source and develop new vendors and alternate suppliers. *Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms. *Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores and Quality teams for material requirements. *Track purchase orders and ensure timely material availability. *Resolve vendor quality, shortage and delivery issues. *Identify cost-reduction opportunities and alternate sources. *Maintain purchase records and ERP updates.

Requirements:
*Diploma / BE / B.
Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related field. *2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement. *Valuable understanding of electrical and mechanical components. *Strong vendor negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good Excel and ERP knowledge; Odoo experience preferred.
