We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who can bring together strategic thinking, business development and project leadership to drive TML’s growth. This role will work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities, lead pitches and proposals, build strategic partnerships and drive community-building initiatives. It requires someone who can think commercially, understand brands and the creative landscape, and take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

What You'll Do
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build prospective client relationships, manage outreach and drive TML’s growth pipeline.
- Pitches & Proposals: Lead pitch coordination, develop strategic recommendations and work with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Community Building & Partnerships: Develop partnerships, collaborations, events and initiatives that strengthen TML’s network and create new opportunities.
- Strategic Projects: Lead key initiatives, work across teams and ensure projects move from planning to execution smoothly.



What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of experience in brand strategy, business development or a similar role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- An understanding of branding, marketing, social media and the D2C ecosystem.
- Solid ownership, leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Expected Impact
