Role Description The Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and executing commercial leasing activities across office, retail, and other commercial assets. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential tenants, managing the leasing pipeline, conducting site visits, and negotiating lease terms that align with client objectives and market conditions. The person in this role will prepare and review proposals, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, competitor tracking,



rental benchmarking, and preparing leasing reports and forecasts. The Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager will mentor junior team members, support business development initiatives, and help strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications
• Experience in commercial leasing, real estate brokerage, or asset management, with a robust track record of closing lease transactions.
• Proficiency in market analysis, rental benchmarking, and research related to commercial office and retail spaces.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with corporate tenants and property owners.
• Ability to prepare and review leasing proposals, agreements, and related documentation in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and deal structures.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, Excel, and other digital platforms for pipeline management, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the Bengaluru commercial real estate market or similar metropolitan markets is highly beneficial.
