Role Purpose Lead the procurement function and sourcing strategy for manufactured parts, bought-out components, assemblies and services. Responsible for building a robust supplier network across India and globally while ensuring cost competitiveness, quality and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Procurement team and establish procurement best practices.
• Scout, evaluate and develop suitable vendors anywhere in India for manufactured and engineered components.
• Identify and develop strategic global sources for critical components, assemblies and technologies.
• Lead sourcing of fabricated, machined, cast, forged, hydraulic, drive train,



electrical and bought-out parts.
• Drive vendor development, localization and alternate source creation.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments, technical reviews and commercial evaluations.
• Lead commercial negotiations .
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering and procurement productivity initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance on Quality, Cost, Delivery and Responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Projects, Quality and Finance teams.
• Manage import sourcing, international supplier relationships and global procurement activities.
• Ensure timely material availability while minimizing supply chain risks.
