Yum Yum Korean Bucket is scaling up, and we are looking for a creative powerhouse to lead our Brand Development and Founder-Led Media initiatives. In this role, you won't just edit videos—you will help shape our public identity, scale our social presence, and build high-impact personal brands for our founders from scratch. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of short-form video algorithms, and know how to script and produce scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you ?

Key Responsibilities
• Brand & Personal Branding Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to elevate both the Yum Yum Korean Bucket brand and the founders' personal brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Founder Video Production: End-to-end management of founder-led content—including brainstorming hooks, scripting, filming direction, and post-production.
• High-End Video Editing: Edit dynamic short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and thought-leadership video content with skilled pacing, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Content Ecosystem Management:



Oversee the content calendar, ensure brand voice consistency, and track performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. ? What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing (especially with founder-led content or personal branding).
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills—you know how to write hooks that make people stop scrolling.
• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.).
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a Work From Home (WFH) setup.
• Note: Mandatory to attach a portfolio or links to your previous video edits and branding work with your application. ?
