Construction Playground is building an immersive, hands-on construction experience for children and families in Mumbai. Our first venue opens in December 2026. We’re hiring an Experience Lead to run the experience every day: own the complete flow of activities and events, lead an on-site team of 4–5 people, and ensure every session is secure, engaging and well organised. You’ll work directly with the founders to deliver, design and continually improve the experience. This is the first hire on our founding team. As we open more venues, the role can grow into leading operations across locations. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Run daily operations, including setup, session readiness, activity resets and closing procedures.
• Own the full activity and event flow: allocate staff, manage group movement and timings, and adapt when bookings, delays or unexpected situations change the plan.
• Lead a team of 4–5 people: assign responsibilities, conduct briefings, train and support team members, and coordinate breaks and floor coverage.
• Lead confidently on the floor: brief groups of 20–30 children and parents, demonstrate activities, keep children engaged and step in wherever needed.
• Maintain safety and guest-experience standards: ensure procedures are followed, address issues early, handle parent concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Help design and improve activities, session formats and events with the founders. Gather feedback, test ideas and turn successful improvements into repeatable experiences.
• Keep the founders informed about operations, team performance, guest feedback, incidents and priorities.



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Relevant experience working with children in activity centres, workshops, camps, education, coaching, events or family entertainment.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team and taking responsibility for a session, event or venue.
• Strong organisation, clear communication and calm judgement when several things need attention at once.
• Confidence engaging children and parents, with a practical, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Creativity and interest in shaping memorable experiences for children. LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
• Full-time, fully on-site in Mumbai.
• Applicants must currently be based in Mumbai and able to commute reliably to our venue.
• Six working days per week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Monday will initially be the weekly day off; when Monday is a public holiday, the day off will shift to Tuesday.
• Timings will vary with bookings and events. Daily shifts and working arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
• This is an active role involving time on your feet, working alongside the team and engaging with families. COMPENSATION ₹40,000–₹60,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
