Role Description The Deputy General Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery in immigration consulting. This position involves managing client-facing teams, monitoring case progress, and supporting complex immigration and visa applications to meet service standards. The role includes coordinating with senior leadership on business strategy, optimizing internal processes,



and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines and company policies. The Deputy General Manager will also engage in performance management, training, and mentoring of staff, while contributing to client relationship management and business growth initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams in a service-oriented or consulting environment.
• Operational and process management capabilities, including workflow planning, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and maintain professional, trust-based interactions.
• Business and strategic acumen, including experience in supporting growth initiatives, resource planning, and reporting to senior management.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or related domains is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or case management systems.
