Job Overview We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Billing Specialist with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of medical billing processes and the ability to manage claims accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end medical billing operations.
• Perform charge entry and claim generation.
• Review patient encounters and validate billing information.
• Ensure accurate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and modifier entry.
• Submit claims electronically through clearinghouses and payer portals.
• Review and resolve claim rejections.
• Correct and resubmit rejected claims within payer deadlines.




• Monitor unbilled encounters and pending charge entries.
• Verify insurance information and coordinate with the eligibility team.
• Coordinate with Coding and AR teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow payer-specific billing guidelines and submission requirements.
• Maintain billing trackers and daily productivity reports.
• Identify recurring billing issues and escalate them to management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and billing regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in US Medical Billing.
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare RCM lifecycle.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and modifiers.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Athenahealth or similar EHR/PM systems preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS-1500 and electronic claim submission.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets. What We Are Looking For
