• Working Mode: Work From Office Only We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Outreach Executive to support and expand our publisher acquisition and relationship management operations. This role involves identifying potential publishers, managing outreach campaigns, negotiating competitive pricing, and maintaining robust relationships with website owners and editors. You will be responsible for executing outreach strategies, onboarding quality publishers, and ensuring our publisher inventory meets business requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and approach high-quality, niche-relevant publishers and website owners. Manage email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences to acquire new publishers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with website owners, editors, and publishers. Negotiate competitive pricing, turnaround times, and publishing terms with publishers. Review and evaluate websites based on SEO metrics, including DR/DA, organic traffic, spam score, indexing status, and niche relevance. Ensure newly onboarded websites meet the required quality standards and business criteria. Optimize outreach emails,



templates, and follow-up strategies to improve response and conversion rates. Coordinate with the SEO and Operations teams to fulfill inventory requirements and resolve publisher-related issues. Maintain accurate records of publisher communication, pricing, negotiations, and onboarding status in the CRM. Track and report individual outreach performance, including response rates, publisher onboarding, conversion rates, and inventory quality. Identify opportunities to improve outreach efficiency, publisher acquisition, and negotiation outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in SEO outreach, link building, or publisher acquisition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of SEO metrics, including DA/DR, organic traffic, spam score, indexing, and niche relevance. Experience in email outreach, follow-up management, and publisher negotiations. Familiarity with outreach tools, email automation platforms, and CRM systems. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to research and evaluate websites based on SEO quality and business requirements. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
