Location:
Chennai | Employment: Full-time | Work arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility The City Lead oversees end-to-end project and service operations in Chennai, from planning and execution to monitoring security solution deployments and managed services, focused on ACS, CCTV, IDA, FIRE Protection, VESDA etc. The role leads local project and service teams and works closely with sales, technical, and customer success stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee security solution deployments and managed services, including resource allocation and coordination of local project and service teams.
• Review project pipelines, supervise service delivery, and monitor progress against scope, timelines, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, technical,



and customer success teams; engage key customers and manage operational escalations.
• Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience, and support strategic initiatives aligned with regional and group objectives. Qualifications
• Relevant Industry work experience as CITY Lead – minimum 5 – 7 years
• Demonstrated experience in project and operations management, preferably in electronic security, building technologies, ICT, or related technical services.
• Solid leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating field and office-based staff.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with customers, vendors, internal technical teams, and senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, manage risks, and implement process improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication in English. Regional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools, service management platforms, and standard office productivity software : Experience in ZOHO Projects gets added weightage
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) or service management certifications (e.g., ITIL) are beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Chennai, with flexibility to visit customer sites and company offices as operational needs require.
• Customer-focused mindset, a high level of integrity, and a commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
