Role Description The Senior Recruiter role at TP is a full-time, on-site position based in Malad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various business functions. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and support strategic staffing plans. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, using data to improve processes,



and supporting employer branding and hiring initiatives. Qualifications
• Solid expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and influence key decisions.
• Ability to analyze hiring data, monitor recruitment metrics, and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
• Proven experience recruiting in high-volume or fast-paced environments, preferably within digital business services or BPO sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
