Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, driving growth for ALFA PUMPS through targeted sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective customers, managing existing client relationships, and presenting product solutions that align with process requirements. • Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, conversion, and account growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product presentations and educational sessions to customers and partners.
• Candidates should have knowledge of industrial or engineering products, preferably pumps or chemical process equipment.
• Candidates should have a proven ability to work on-site, travel for client meetings as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience using CRM tools, basic data analysis for sales reporting, and familiarity with B2B marketing will be preferred.
