Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata for a NEET & JEE Physics Faculty. The faculty member will teach Physics concepts aligned with NEET and JEE syllabi, conduct regular classes, and deliver engaging, exam-focused lectures. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, creating practice questions and tests, evaluating student performance, and providing individual doubt-solving sessions. The role involves updating teaching material in line with current exam patterns, collaborating with academic teams to refine course content, and maintaining clear communication with students and guardians regarding progress.



The faculty is expected to participate in workshops, mock tests, and academic planning activities to enhance overall learning outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong subject knowledge in Physics, with a thorough understanding of NEET and JEE exam patterns and syllabi.
• Proven classroom teaching or coaching experience for competitive exams, preferably NEET and JEE.
• Ability to create structured lesson plans, study materials, and assessment papers focused on conceptual clarity and problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for presentations, online tests, and student progress tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and a student-centric approach to teaching and guidance.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and participate in evening or weekend batches as needed.
