Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Team Lead will manage and guide the SEO team to improve organic search performance and online visibility for FareOMatrix LLC. This full time, on-site role is based in West Delhi and involves overseeing SEO strategy, planning, and execution across multiple websites and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading keyword research initiatives, supervising on-page optimization, coordinating link-building efforts, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools. The team lead will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives and will regularly report on results, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring team members, setting priorities,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of search engine guidelines and industry trends. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to drive relevant organic traffic and optimize website content and structure.
• Candidates should possess effective Link Building capabilities to develop high-quality, ethical backlink strategies that improve domain authority and rankings.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Web Analytics skills to align SEO with broader marketing goals and accurately measure performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Experience leading or supervising an SEO team, with the ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and presenting reports to management.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar) and familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are an advantage.
