Role Description The Clinic Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in an on-site clinic located in Tirunelveli. This full-time role includes assessing patients, recording medical histories, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections, and assisting with minor procedures under medical supervision. The nurse will support physicians and other clinicians during consultations, manage triage, and ensure accurate documentation in patient records. Daily responsibilities also include educating patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and coordinating follow-up care. The role involves working collaboratively with the clinic team to support smooth operations, including basic inventory checks of medical supplies and adherence to clinic protocols and local regulations. Qualifications
• Current valid Nursing registration (Registered Nurse)



with the appropriate Indian nursing council and completion of a recognized nursing program (GNM, B.
Sc Nursing, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.
• Knowledge of infection control practices, nursing protocols, and clinic safety procedures, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a clear and respectful manner.
• Ability to work full-time in an in office clinic setting in Tirunelveli, including flexibility to manage varying patient volumes and clinical priorities.
• Comfort with basic use of medical equipment and clinic management tools; familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
• Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to community-focused healthcare; prior experience in clinic or community health settings is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages used in Tirunelveli to support effective patient communication.
