Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, in a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand needs and preferences, preparing mood boards and design presentations, and overseeing space planning and layout optimization. The role involves coordinating construction drawings, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and managing FF&E; selections, including finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior team members, ensure design quality and consistency, monitor project timelines and budgets,



and participate in site visits to review work progress and resolve design-related issues. Qualifications
• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with experience creating functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, develop, and coordinate detailed design documentation.
• Expertise in FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering work within deadlines and budgets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; advanced certifications or registrations are an advantage.
• Experience in high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects is highly preferred.
