E-Sourcing Executive L6 Exp: 1+Yrs Location: Bengalore Job Description: Support Procurement and Category teams with sourcing execution, procurement analytics, supplier coordination and reporting across categories. Manage and support RFI, RFP, RFQ and e-auction activities through approved sourcing platforms. Collaborate with category managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sourcing events and bid templates. Analyse spend, supplier quotations, bid data, commercial proposals and historical pricing to support fact-based decisions. Maintain sourcing documentation, trackers and audit-ready records in line with procurement governance. Coordinate with suppliers for event participation, clarifications, submissions and adherence to timelines. Purpose of Position Enable effective, data-driven and compliant procurement execution by providing analytical and operational support to category teams. Prepare commercial comparisons, bid summaries, savings analyses and management reports. Support sourcing events from requirement gathering through evaluation and recommendation. Track procurement KPIs, savings/value delivery, sourcing pipeline and supplier performance. Maintain accurate procurement data, catalogues/price masters and sourcing records, where applicable. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, process improvement and value creation. Decision Making Authority Operate within defined procurement policies, SOA and sourcing governance. Independently manage assigned analyses,



sourcing-event administration, trackers and reporting. Financial Accountability Track and report savings/value delivery from sourcing initiatives. Support accurate commercial evaluation. Market / Function Complexity Work across multiple categories, suppliers and internal stakeholders, often managing parallel sourcing activities and deadlines. Analyse large datasets and commercial submissions, resolve data gaps, support supplier participation, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Strong coordination, analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 1 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, commercial analytics or a related analytical role preferred. Experience supporting RFI/RFP/RFQ, competitive bidding or e-auctions is desirable. Hands-on experience with any e-sourcing or procurement platform is acceptable. Good communication Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and process orientation. Degree educated preferably in a business or Procurement related field. Experience of eSourcing, including processes, ways of working, documentation and compliance requirements etc. Able to work proactively and effectively in cross functional and global team at all levels in an organisation.
