Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs within the pharmaceutical domain.

- Own project planning, execution, governance, delivery tracking, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

- Partner with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into explicit project plans and delivery outcomes.

- Manage multiple workstreams involving internal teams, technology partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

- Drive project governance including status reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, budget/resource coordination, and executive updates.

- Identify project risks and dependencies proactively and drive mitigation and resolution.

- Coordinate across technical teams covering application development, integrations, data, platforms, infrastructure, or digital solutions, depending on the program.

- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational quality, security, compliance, and governance requirements.

- Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.

- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance practices.
