SAP Payroll & HCM functional consultant to analyse, configure, test and support Malaysia payroll in SAP HCM for a multinational enterprise.
Responsibilities
Analyse payroll processes and translate requirements into SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
Configure Wage Types (WTG), create and modify PCRs, and maintain Payroll Schemas.
Configure and support Average Processing and Factoring.
Run and support monthly payroll in SAP HCM Payroll in line with Malaysia statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD) and company standards.




Test configuration changes and validate payroll results.
Investigate and resolve payroll issues and defects. Mandatory Skills
SAP HCM Payroll configuration (hands-on).
Malaysia payroll - statutory compliance and monthly payroll runs.
Wage Types (WTG), PCRs, Payroll Schemas.
Average Processing and Factoring.
Payroll testing and result validation.
Preferred: SAP HCM PA/OM/Time, S/4HANA or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll exposure, other APAC payrolls.
