Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.- Assist in the documentation and review of design specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.- Continuously monitor and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.- Ability to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot issues effectively.- Familiarity with integrating Selenium tests into continuous integration pipelines.- Knowledge of scripting languages to enhance test automation capabilities.
