Job Description:

- Establish and drive PMO governance, project plans, milestones,

- dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, and management dashboards.

- Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk,

- Compliance, and vendor teams for seamless execution.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, and

- dependencies; proactively manage deviations and escalations.

- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, SteerCo decks, dashboards, and

- leadership updates.

- Drive project governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional

- discussions, ensuring action items are tracked to closure.

- Manage requirements, UAT coordination, defect tracking, release

- planning, go-live readiness, and post-production support.

- Support banking transformation initiatives across Payments, Cards,

- Lending, Digital Banking, Core Banking, and platform modernization.

- Work closely with technology teams on system integrations, migrations,

- releases, and implementation activities.

- Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance processes,

- and applicable banking/regulatory requirements.
