Job Profile: Responsible for coordinating complete sales activities

1. Maintain Customer Database for Product, Price, Credit Period and discount if any.

2. Sell company’s product range to be used in different industries.

3. Analyse Monthly Sales Data and maintain regular follow up with direct customers as well as channel partners to get regular orders.

4. Receive, check and confirm purchase orders from the customers / channel partners to ensure that they are in line with the agreed terms and conditions

5. Assist Regional Sales Manager / Sales Executive to send communication to the customers as and when required.

6. Maintain Sales Orders in the system for further processing by Customer Service Team

7. Coordinate with Production, Customer Service team to ensure prompt dispatches of goods to the customers / channel partners

8. Prepare monthly sales forecast and coordinate with production dept. to ensure availability of the stock to fulfil customer requirements.

9. Follow up with customers / channel partners to get payments on due date as per the receivables statement.

11. Coordinate with Technical Services Team / Production to close the customer complaints.

12. Follow up with Agents / Distributors to obtain feedback on trials / bulk run from the customers and to start the business.

13. Follow up with Agents / Distributors for payments from the customers and achieve collection plan budgeted for the month.

14. Responsible for achieving targets (Revenue as well as Profits)

15. Identify new customers and establish relationships along with maintaining / growing business with existing customers.

1. Adhesives – Hot Melt Adhesives (used in flexible packaging industry), PU adhesives for flexible packaging industry, cold seal adhesives

2. Special Coating chemicals – Heat Seal Lacquer, solvent based primer, water based primer, coatings for Aluminium foil etc

3. Plastic films (packaging films) – Polyester, BOPP, PE film, Al. Foil, Metalized Polyester film, Metalized BOPP film, PVC film etc. (Examples of film suppliers are Garware Polyester, Jindal, Ester Industries, Ecoplast, Vista Films, Vacmet etc)

4. Gravure Printing Inks – Sakata, Huber group (Micro), DIC, Toyo Inks etc

5. Solvents – Ethyl Acetate, Toluene, MIBK, MEK etc (Solvent suppliers are like Jubiliant, Laxmi Organics, Satyam etc)

6. Paper and Al foil industry
