Jubilee Hills,Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented OPT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT candidates, effective sourcing strategies, candidate marketing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates for various US IT requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, and client requirements.
• Market candidates to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Track submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.




• Work on multiple requirements and meet daily recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing and OPT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B visa categories.
• Experience working with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.
• Solid understanding of US staffing processes and vendor management. Preferred Candidates
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with strong OPT candidate databases and vendor networks will have an advantage.
