Every project is crafted to make a strong design statement while embodying the spirit of the CDS studio. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions across architecture, interior, and furniture projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, translating client requirements into feasible designs, preparing presentations and documentation, and supporting project execution from concept through completion. The role involves liaising with consultants and vendors, ensuring design integrity during construction,



and contributing to material exploration and innovation. The Architect will also support basic project management activities such as timelines, deliverables, and quality control. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept-to-detail design solutions.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM, and interoperable workflows is an advantage.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Solid design sensibility, attention to detail, and interest in material exploration and bespoke solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, communicate clearly with clients and partners, and manage multiple projects.
• Prior experience in boutique or high-end residential/commercial design studios is a plus.
