Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting is a full time, on-site role based in Shivamogga, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Nanjappa Healthcare. This role involves managing financial statements, supervising accounting activities, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the hospitals. The position includes leading budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance, and providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The Head of Finance and Accounting will establish and maintain internal controls,



ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders. This role also requires mentoring and guiding the finance team, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to long-term financial planning for the organization. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in Healthcare or Hospital financial management.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for multi-unit or complex organizations.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems, ERP tools, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory, taxation, and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
