Role Description The Ai Video Editor at Trendsetter Academy will be responsible for editing and producing educational hair content optimized for digital platforms, using AI-powered tools and traditional editing software. This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves assembling raw footage from academy sessions, applying effects, transitions, subtitles, and audio enhancements to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent videos. The Ai Video Editor will collaborate closely with educators, stylists, and the content team to plan video concepts, maintain visual standards, and support social media-ready formats such as short-form clips and reels. The role also includes organizing video assets, maintaining an efficient post-production workflow,



and continuously experimenting with AI features to improve speed, quality, and viewer engagement. Qualifications
• Strong skills in video editing and post-production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with AI-driven video tools and features (e.g., automated editing, captioning, color correction, or motion graphics assistance).
• Ability to work with educational and tutorial-style content, structuring footage to clearly demonstrate techniques and learning outcomes.
• Solid understanding of sound design, voice-over integration, and basic audio mixing for clear, professional-quality lessons.
• Familiarity with social media formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and best practices for engaging educational video content.
• Robust visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistent branding and style across all videos.
• Comfort collaborating with creative teams, receiving and applying feedback, and working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hair, beauty, or fashion content is a plus, with interest in professional education and skill-building.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
