Role Description The Labour Contractor role at Anasora Techno Global LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Mengio. The Labour Contractor will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating labour for various construction, electrical, civil, and EPC project sites, ensuring adequate workforce availability according to project timelines and budgets. Daily tasks include supervising labour deployment, maintaining attendance and work records, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and site regulations.



The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to plan manpower requirements, resolve labour-related issues, and support smooth execution of project activities. The Labour Contractor is also expected to manage contractor agreements, support basic training and orientation for workers, and help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Qualifications
• Experience in labour contracting or workforce management for construction, civil, electrical, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in labour sourcing, recruitment, and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple teams and sites.
• Knowledge of basic labour laws, contractor compliance, and workplace safety practices applicable to project sites.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, including attendance, work logs, and labour cost tracking, using basic digital tools or spreadsheets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with workers, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
• Proven capability to handle on-site challenges, resolve labour-related issues, and support timely completion of project tasks.
• Prior experience in EPC, power infrastructure, civil engineering, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Minimum high school education; vocational or technical training in construction or project-related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mengio and be present at project locations as required.
