This is a role for a true Tech Intrapreneur. You aren’t coming in to build a product from scratch or over-engineer code. Instead, you are taking a fully realized, pioneering tech asset and driving its industry implementation, maintaining its technical resilience, and scaling it where it matters most: inside global enterprises.
• Role Type: Performance-to-Operational Transition (Full-Time Track)
• Compensation Structure: Pure Commission on First Enterprise Licensing Deal → Review → Transition to Core Operational Role
• Core Condition: This ongoing operational seat is subject to and triggered by successfully clicking your first enterprise or GCC licensing deal.



The "Prove-and-Transition" Framework To ensure absolute alignment of values and drive, this partnership begins with a explicit, performance-based entry point:
• The Entry: You enter with a front-office, commercial focus. You will leverage your deep technical literacy and communication skills to secure major enterprise licensing deal(s) with a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or a corporate enterprises. You will be compensated via a high-tier commission on this initial win.
• The Operational Transition: The moment that milestone deal is secured, you immediately unlock your ongoing operational role within SanthNaidu and Associates. In this phase, you take over managing the infrastructure, tech resilience, consultant onboarding pipelines, and building additional specialized features as needed.
• The 90-Day Two-Tollgate Runway: To maintain maximum operational velocity, this performance runway is strictly managed across a 90-day timeline from the date of application, divided into two explicit 45-day phases:
• Tollgate 1 (Days 1–45) – The Close Sprint: The first enterprise licensing deal must be closed/clicked within this initial 45-day window to trigger the next phase. Failure to secure a signed deal within 45 days concludes the engagement.
• Tollgate 2 (Days 46–90) – The Operationalization Window: The subsequent 45 days are dedicated to rigorous monitoring for flawless implementation and customer onboarding, ensuring the solution is perfectly operationalized to secure the full transition into the core role.

• Front-Office Enterprise Sales:



Run high-polish, technically fluent demonstrations for corporate buyers, closing enterprise-level licensing deals across GCC networks and corporate L&D; setups.
• Technical Resilience & Maintenance: Manage product's infrastructure such as deployments, handle maintenance, and scale the technology safely while keeping the core ecosystem perfectly resilient.
• Adaptive Development: Scout, design, and build complementary tech features, modules, and integrations as new enterprise needs arise.
• AI Horizon Scanning: Stay at the absolute bleeding edge of global AI industry happenings, ensuring Prahelika constantly updates its implementation strategies to maintain its early-mover advantage.
• Flexible Leadership: Maintain an agile mindset, willingly leading operational and strategic changes within the company as we scale our market footprint.
• Consultant Onboarding: Oversee the training and onboarding route for external delivery consultants, ensuring they are technically equipped to implement Prahelika inside organizations. Required Competencies
